Root beer and vanilla ice cream, Lulu and Mooky’s. $5. Folks, I custom chose this flavor on my own and they made it on the spot with a pink KitchenAid mixer and liquid nitrogen. The texture was a bit off - it reminded me a little bit of Dippin Dots (ice cream of the future) - but c’mon: liquid nitrogen.
